A 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 3 years of experience in sales and marketing or a related professional area; or a 4-year bachelor's degree in the same fields with 1 year of relevant experience.
Ability to work collaboratively with sales channels to coordinate sales efforts.
Capability to build and strengthen relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Experience in managing sales activities including generating proposals, writing contracts, and customer correspondence.
Knowledge of market trends, competitors, and customer expectations to maximize revenue.
Strong customer service skills to support company service and relationship strategy.
Ability to interact with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.
