This role involves shaping strategic partnerships, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth in line with company goals. The manager also leads a team, managing sales strategies, account management, performance analysis, and operational management to achieve sales targets and maximize market presence.
A Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
Minimum 2-3 years in a leadership role with sales experience in the FMCG industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in managing diverse teams and working with distributors.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication, and team leadership skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Self-starter with high levels of energy and ambition.
