A 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major with 3 years of experience in sales and marketing or a related area, OR a 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major with 1 year of experience in sales and marketing or a related area.
Ability to build and strengthen relationships with customers and community.
Ability to work collaboratively with sales channels to coordinate efforts.
Knowledge of market trends, competitors, and target customers to maximize revenue.
Skills in managing sales activities including sales calls, proposal generation, contract writing, and customer correspondence.
Commitment to providing excellent customer service and supporting company standards.
Ability to interact with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.
