The Sales Manager is responsible for proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities. This role ensures that business is turned over properly and in a timely manner for proper service delivery, while assisting in leading daily sales activities aimed at building long-term, value-based customer relationships to achieve sales objectives. The Sales Manager works collaboratively with various sales channels and manages relationships with customers and stakeholders to maximize revenue and provide exceptional customer service.
Bachelor's degree or associate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major.
Minimum of 1 year experience in sales and marketing or related professional area for bachelor's degree holders, or 3 years experience for associate degree holders.
Ability to build and strengthen customer relationships to generate sales opportunities.
Knowledge of market trends, competitor strengths and weaknesses, and economic factors relevant to sales.
Skills to collaborate with sales teams and coordinate sales efforts across channels.
Capability to manage sales processes including proposals, contracts, and customer correspondence.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to drive customer loyalty and deliver service excellence.
Effective communication skills to interact with guests, obtain feedback, and set a positive example in guest relations.
