Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree or associate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major.
Minimum of 1 year experience in sales and marketing for bachelor's degree holders, or 3 years experience for associate degree holders.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to drive customer loyalty.
Effective communication skills to interact with guests.
