Key Responsibilities:
High school diploma or GED with 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional area, OR a 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with no work experience required.
Ability to identify new group/catering business opportunities.
Experience in responding to group/catering sales inquiries outside the Event Booking Center's scope.
Proficiency in using sales resources and administrative support effectively.
Capability to execute operational aspects.
