
The Sales Manager-Senior is responsible for proactively soliciting and managing large group and catering opportunities with significant revenue potential. This role plays a crucial part in driving customer loyalty and maximizing revenue through exceptional service and effective account management.
In this role, the Sales Manager-Senior will engage in day-to-day activities that involve managing group and catering accounts, up-selling business opportunities, and achieving revenue goals. Key Responsibilities:
High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, guest services, or a related area.
Alternatively, a 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major with no work experience required.
Strong understanding of market opportunities and economic trends.
Skill in negotiating and closing business contracts.
Experience working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
