This role is for a Sales Representative at IOI City Mall responsible for selling products and meeting customer needs. The position involves building and maintaining customer relationships while contributing to team goals in a dynamic environment.
Job Description
The role involves serving customers by selling products and meeting their needs, as well as developing strong, ongoing relationships with customers. The position requires recommending changes in products, services, and policies based on evaluations and competitive developments, monitoring competition by gathering marketplace information, resolving customer complaints through investigation and solution development, and contributing to team efforts to achieve related results.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a SPM certificate and above.
Passionate on phone technology, familiar with the current market trend.
Responsible, able to work independently and as a team player.
Good communication and negotiation skills, able to serve customers in a patience & friendly environment.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese.
Basic Microsoft Office.
Minimum 1 years of sales experience is an added advantag.
Willing to work 6 days in a week.
Immediate starters are highly preferred.
