The Sales Representative is responsible for serving customers by selling products and meeting their needs. This role involves developing strong, ongoing relationships with customers and contributing to team efforts to achieve related results.
Job Description
In this position, you will engage with customers daily, providing them with product information and assistance in a friendly environment. You will also monitor market trends and competition to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve customers by selling products and meeting their needs.
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with customers.
- Recommend changes in products, services, and policies based on evaluations.
- Monitor competition by gathering marketplace information.
- Resolve customer complaints through investigation and solution development.
- Contribute to team efforts to achieve related results.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance sales strategies.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a SPM certificate and above.
Minimum 1 year of sales experience is an added advantage.
Passionate about phone technology and familiar with current market trends.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese.
Responsible and able to work independently as well as a team player.
Willing to work 6 days a week.
