The intern will engage in day-to-day activities that involve preparing and analyzing sales reports, contributing to the overall sales strategy. The work environment is dynamic, requiring effective communication and collaboration with various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze periodic sales reports including weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates.
- Assist in monitoring sales performance metrics.
- Conduct sales risk assessments to identify potential issues.
- Review sales policies to ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive sales data.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese.
Fluency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under tight deadlines.
