Job Description

In this position, the Sales Specialist will engage in daily interactions with customers, providing product demonstrations and addressing any concerns. The role requires collaboration with the service department to ensure excellent after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell and market the company's product line, including parts and services.
  • Plan customer calls to ensure wide coverage and effective outreach.
  • Provide product demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and follow up on sales prospects.
  • Foster good customer relations to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate closely with the service department for after-sales support.
  • Maintain company standards and policies to uphold quality service and company image.

Job Requirements

Diploma in Marketing, Business or SPM.

3 years’ experience in the related field.

Proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu.

Ability to communicate in other local dialects is an added advantage.

Possess good communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.

Computer literate.

Willing to travel.
