Job Description
The role involves selling and marketing the company's product line, including parts and services. The person will plan customer calls to ensure wide coverage, provide product demonstrations, resolve complaints, follow up on sales prospects, and foster good customer relations. They will also work closely with customers and the service department for after-sales service and maintain company standards and policies to uphold quality service and company image.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Marketing, Business or SPM.
3 years’ experience in the related field.
Proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu.
Able to communicate in other local dialect will be an added advantage.
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills with positive attitude.
Computer literate.
Willing to travel.
