Job Description
As a SEA IT Intern at Deloitte, you will engage in daily tasks that include software installations, updates, and providing support for Windows systems. You will work closely with a team of IT professionals to monitor and resolve technical issues, contributing to a seamless IT experience for users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with software installations and updates using SCCM.
- Support Windows setup and imaging for workstations.
- Provide third-level end user support.
- Generate SCCM reports for monitoring purposes.
- Monitor non-compliant workstations and servers.
- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and improvements.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office / Power Platform and Microsoft Windows technology such as Windows Operating System, SCCM, Intune and similar.
Has good command of both written and spoken English.
A team player with good interpersonal skills.
