The Security Executive plays a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of the hotel environment. Daily tasks include managing security personnel, conducting patrols, and monitoring surveillance systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Diploma or Degree in Security Management or a related field.
At least 2 years of supervisory experience in security, ideally in hotels.
Proficient in CCTV monitoring and modern fire safety equipment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a security team.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Malay.
Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities during high-pressure emergencies.
Physically fit and capable of conducting site-wide patrols.
