Job Description
In this role, you will engage with sellers daily, curating and executing strategies to foster a thriving seller community. You will work in a dynamic environment that values collaboration and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curate and execute engagement plans to enhance seller experience.
- Manage onboarding programs for top sellers.
- Track and analyze seller sentiment to inform strategies.
- Ensure effective communication across various platforms.
- Regularly evaluate program effectiveness to meet objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives.
- Provide support and resources to sellers to improve their performance.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
2-3 years of experience in community engagement or program management.
Willingness to travel out-of-state as needed.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent team player.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Office Tools.
Fluent in English and Bahasa; Mandarin is a plus.
