
The Seller Growth Executive is responsible for expanding the Fulfilled by Shopee (FBS) program by identifying and engaging potential sellers. This role plays a crucial part in driving seller adoption and optimizing strategies for successful onboarding.
In this role, you will engage with potential sellers and manage the conversion process from outreach to onboarding. You will work in a dynamic environment focused on achieving sales targets and enhancing seller performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, e-commerce, or merchant acquisition preferred.
Strong interest in sales and outbound acquisition activities.
Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English.
Self-motivated and resilient.
