The Seller Growth Executive will focus on expanding the Fulfilled by Shopee (FBS) program by identifying and engaging potential sellers. This role involves driving the conversion process from initial outreach to successful onboarding, managing a pipeline of high-potential sellers, and monitoring performance metrics to optimize strategies for seller adoption.
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, e-commerce, or merchant acquisition preferred
Strong interest in sales and outbound acquisition activities
Comfortable in a target-driven environment
Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills
Proficient in Google Sheets
Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English
