The Senior Accounts Executive is responsible for checking figures, postings, and documents for accuracy, organizing and maintaining files, records, cash, and cash equivalents according to policies and procedures. This role involves recording, storing, analyzing financial information, classifying and summarizing financial data, preparing and distributing reports, and completing period-end closing procedures. The position also includes preparing, reviewing, reconciling, and issuing bills and account statements, following up on past due accounts, coordinating tasks with other departments, and serving as a role model or mentor within the department. Maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to company policies is essential.
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
At least 1 year of related work experience.
No supervisory experience.
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Strong communication skills including clear and professional language use and proper telephone etiquette.
Ability to prepare and review written documents accurately and completely.
Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships and support team goals.
Willingness to follow all company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
