Job Description
As a Senior Associate in Business Restructuring Services, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include analyzing financial documents and assessing working capital adequacy. You will also identify potential risks and review legal documentation related to due diligence processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing multiple clients and projects.
- Train and mentor junior team members.
- Analyze financial documents, including trading histories and cash flows.
- Assess working capital adequacy for target businesses.

Job Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or relevant disciplines.
At least 2 years of relevant advisory services or external audit experience.
Working knowledge of IFRS and Malaysian Companies’ Act 1965.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong presentation skills for diverse audiences.
