
The Senior Associate - Deals Strategy & Operations is responsible for helping organizations realize the potential of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. This role involves working with leading companies to deliver data-driven insights and maximize value from deals across various sectors.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve assisting clients in originating, creating, executing, and realizing value from their deals. You will be part of a fast-growing team in a dynamic work environment that emphasizes collaboration and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
At least 2 to 4 years of experience in M&A Strategy, Corporate Strategy, or Market Entry.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Strategic thinker with a passion for high-quality client work.
Proficient in written communications across various settings.
Experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy preferred.
