As a Senior Associate - HCM Business Analyst at PwC, you will play a crucial role in guiding organizations to strategically plan their HR needs while addressing immediate challenges. You will collaborate with HR, payroll, and IT teams to assess current systems, document integration requirements, and design data mapping between Oracle HCM and PwC’s HCM Product. Your responsibilities will include developing and testing integration workflows, monitoring processes for data integrity, and providing technical support and training to end-users. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strong communication skills to ensure successful implementation of HR solutions.
Proven experience as a System Integrator or similar role in enterprise HR systems
At least 5 years of experience in HCM implementation, with 2 years using Oracle HCM
Minimum 2 project implementations as Business Analyst/System Integrator
Familiarity with integration tools and technologies such as APIs and middleware
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with project management methodologies is a plus
Knowledge of local statutory requirements in SG/MY/PH/IN/TH
