Job Description
As a Senior Associate - HCM Business Analyst at PwC, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve assessing current systems and designing data mapping between Oracle HCM and PwC’s HCM Product. You will work closely with HR, payroll, and IT teams to develop and test integration workflows, ensuring data integrity and providing support to end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR, payroll, and IT teams to assess current systems.
- Document integration requirements for Oracle HCM and PwC’s HCM Product.
- Design data mapping between systems to facilitate integration.
- Develop and test integration workflows to ensure functionality.
- Monitor processes for data integrity and troubleshoot issues.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements.
Job Requirements
Proven experience as a System Integrator or similar role in enterprise HR systems.
At least 5 years of experience in HCM implementation, with 2 years using Oracle HCM.
Minimum 2 project implementations as Business Analyst/System Integrator.
Familiarity with integration tools and technologies such as APIs and middleware.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
