As a Senior Associate - HCM Functional Consultant, you will work in a dynamic environment where you will assess and improve HR processes using advanced technology. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaboration with various teams and direct engagement with clients to understand their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess current HR and payroll systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with teams to gather integration requirements for HR solutions.
- Design data mapping to ensure accurate data transfer between systems.
- Develop and test integration workflows to enhance system functionality.
- Troubleshoot issues related to HR and payroll systems.
- Document processes and workflows for future reference.
- Provide technical support and training to clients on HR systems.
Job Requirements
Proven experience as a System Integrator or similar role in enterprise HR systems.
At least 5 years in HCM implementation, with 2 years using Oracle HCM.
Experience in at least 2 full cycle enterprise HCM Payroll implementations.
Relevant certifications like PMP or ITIL are desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
