As a Senior Associate - HCM Functional Consultant, you will work in a dynamic environment where you will assess and improve HR processes using advanced technology. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaboration with various teams and direct engagement with clients to understand their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Proven experience as a System Integrator or similar role in enterprise HR systems.
At least 5 years in HCM implementation, with 2 years using Oracle HCM.
Experience in at least 2 full cycle enterprise HCM Payroll implementations.
Relevant certifications like PMP or ITIL are desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
