
The Senior Associate - Transaction Services is responsible for providing strategic advice and support to clients in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. This role involves conducting financial due diligence and managing the transaction process in a collaborative team environment.
As a Senior Associate in Transaction Services at PwC, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include analyzing business plans and interpreting financial data. You will work closely with clients to evaluate potential synergies and report key issues throughout the transaction process.
Key Responsibilities:
3-4 years of working experience in financial due diligence or external audit.
Degree in any discipline and/or a professional accounting qualification such as ICAEW / ACCA / MICPA-CAANZ / CPA Australia.
Strong analytical skills and understanding of key business drivers.
Excellent leadership, teamwork, and client servicing skills.
Strong communication skills in both oral and written English.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
