Senior Creative Designer, FMCG at ZUS Coffee - Selangor

The Senior Creative Designer is responsible for leading the creative voice of a coffee FMCG brand. This role involves owning the visual direction and ensuring brand consistency across all outputs while collaborating with various teams.

In this position, you will oversee the creative process, transforming brand strategies into compelling visuals. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating closely with brand managers, marketers, and fellow designers to achieve brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the visual direction for the brand, creating compelling illustrations and infographics.
• Direct photoshoots and videoshoots to align with brand vision.
• Design and art direct campaign mastheads and hero visuals.
• Develop packaging designs that resonate with the target audience.
• Create 360° marketing collaterals to support brand initiatives.
• Mentor and provide feedback to junior designers to enhance their skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with brand objectives.
• Present design concepts clearly to stakeholders and advocate for design consistency.
