
The Senior Education Counsellor - Business Development (B2C) - Central is responsible for supporting the Business Development Team of Taylor's Higher Education. This role plays a crucial part in achieving sales targets and enhancing recruitment activities through various channels.
In this role, you will engage in daily activities that involve driving the sales pipeline and generating leads while collaborating closely with marketing and enrolment teams. You will also participate in events and manage customer service aspects related to promotional materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
At least three years of working experience in an education environment is preferred.
Experience in business development and account management within the education sector is preferred.
Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or Mandarin.
Strong selling and counselling capabilities.
