
The Senior Executive - Alternative Channels (E-Services) is responsible for managing and resolving customer inquiries across Hong Leong’s online channels. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing the digital banking experience by ensuring efficient and customer-focused e-service interactions.
In this role, the Senior Executive will engage with customers through various online platforms, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience. The work environment is dynamic, requiring quick thinking and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Malaysian citizen.
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
At least 2 years of intensive Customer Service experience required for those without Banking/Call Center experience.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work on Public Holidays as required.
