In this role, the Senior Executive will engage with customers through various online platforms, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience. The work environment is dynamic, requiring quick thinking and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries through online channels with precision.
  • Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a customer-first approach.
  • Identify service gaps and advocate for process improvements.

  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to drive improvements.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on e-service protocols.

Job Requirements

Malaysian citizen.

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

At least 2 years of intensive Customer Service experience required for those without Banking/Call Center experience.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work on Public Holidays as required.
