Job Description
The Senior Executive, Business Development will be responsible for identifying and evaluating new business and investment opportunities aligned with KPJ Group’s strategic objectives. This role involves conducting market research, financial analysis, and supporting M&A transaction execution, including due diligence and deal structuring. The candidate will also prepare investment proposals and manage stakeholder communications.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
Professional qualification such as CFA, ACCA, ICAEW is an added advantage.
2–5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or M&A.
Experience in financial modelling, valuation and investment analysis is preferred.
Strong analytical, financial modelling and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams.
