The Senior Executive, Business Development is responsible for identifying and evaluating new business and investment opportunities aligned with KPJ Group’s strategic objectives. This role plays a crucial part in driving the company's growth through strategic market analysis and investment initiatives.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in daily activities that involve market research, financial analysis, and supporting M&A transaction execution. You will collaborate with various teams to prepare investment proposals and manage stakeholder communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to inform strategic decisions.
- Perform financial analysis to assess investment viability.
- Support M&A transaction execution, including due diligence.
- Prepare comprehensive investment proposals.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
Professional qualification such as CFA, ACCA, ICAEW is an added advantage.
2–5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or M&A.
Experience in financial modelling, valuation and investment analysis is preferred.
Strong analytical and presentation skills.
