Role Summary

The Senior Executive Credit Admin is responsible for managing leasing documentation and ensuring timely rental collection. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining financial accuracy and compliance within the property management sector.

Job Description

In this position, you will engage in daily tasks that involve coordinating with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth leasing operations. You will also be responsible for preparing financial reports and ensuring compliance with documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle leasing documentation and ensure timely rental collection.
  • Prepare and verify monthly credit control and weekly AR reports.
  • Manage after-sales documentation until vacant possession handover.
  • Follow up on architect certificates and ensure timely billing.
  • Monitor and coordinate with sales teams, banks, lawyers, and purchasers.
  • Maintain documentation tracking records.
  • Ensure ISO compliance.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in credit administration or property management.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
