
The Senior Executive E-Commerce (Analytics & Operations) is responsible for driving the growth of CUCKOO International Malaysia's flagship direct-to-consumer platform. This role encompasses both outright sales and the management of the rental/subscription business, making it pivotal to the company's digital strategy.
In this role, you will engage in high-velocity e-commerce operations, focusing on analytics to enhance performance and drive sales. You will work in a dynamic environment that emphasizes innovation and results-driven strategies. *Key Responsibilities:* - Own and scale the Brand.com platform to maximize sales and subscriptions. - Analyze e-commerce data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. - Develop and implement strategies to enhance user experience and conversion rates. - Collaborate with marketing teams to drive traffic and engagement. - Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for e-commerce initiatives. - Optimize product listings and digital content for better visibility. - Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to support e-commerce operations.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and analytics tools.
