The Senior Executive/Executive for Accounts Receivable is responsible for managing daily operations related to invoicing, collections, and financial reporting. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining healthy cash flow and ensuring compliance with company policies and audit standards through collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Job Description

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of accounts receivable, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely collections. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily invoicing and collections processes.
  • Record transactions for monthly closing activities.
  • Prepare debtor aging reports for financial analysis.
  • Reconcile control accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare SST reports and follow up on payments.
  • Resolve disputes to maintain healthy cash flow.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with policies.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;

Professional certifications like CPA or ACCA preferred;

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or finance operations;

Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting;

Hands-on experience with Oracle or Oracle Fusion/ERP systems is a strong advantage;

Fluent in both spoken and written English;

Strong interpersonal skills.
