The Senior Client Success Executive/Client Success Executive role at Hepmil Malaysia involves working with local advertisers and agencies to grow the business. The position serves as the primary point of contact for HCN creators, managing job assignments and leading proposal creation for client campaigns. The role includes maintaining relationships with creators and key accounts to support business growth, preparing campaign reports, and advising clients on key learnings and recommendations. Responsibilities also include planning, developing, implementing, and executing content plans on creator platforms, managing accounts to meet brand objectives and timelines, overseeing creative development and video production, and ensuring the smooth delivery of deliverables.
Job Requirements
At least 2-4 years of experience in Accounts Servicing or graduated from Marketing/Communications or equivalent.
Strong understanding and interest in advertising and media industry, consumer trends on social media.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok and YouTube.
Passionate about new media and digital content, with strong interest in social media content creation.
Strong presentation, interpersonal, organizational and business-judgement skills.
An appetite for changes, empathetic and proactive.
Strong negotiation skills and interpersonal skills and comfortable with creator/client facing role.
Able to manage tight deadlines with strong project management skills
