The Senior Executive, Financial Reporting is responsible for supporting the management of the finance team across KPJ Group subsidiaries. Job Description

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day financial reporting activities, collaborating closely with various internal teams and auditors. You will be part of a dynamic finance team dedicated to maintaining high standards of financial accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accounting papers to support financial reporting.
  • Revise accounting policies to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Address accounting standards issues as they arise.
  • Conduct training sessions for the finance team to enhance their skills.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Monitor compliance with IFRS/MFRS standards across subsidiaries.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy

Professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent)

Minimum 3 years of audit working experience

Technical Accounting knowledge (i.e. IFRS/MFRS standards)

Strong communication skills

Ability to work closely with internal teams and auditors
