Job Description
As a Senior Executive in Indirect Tax, you will engage in the preparation, review, and submission of Service Tax returns in a dynamic work environment. You will also assist in audits and monitor legislative changes that impact the Group Tax function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit Service Tax returns to ensure compliance with relevant laws.
- Manage Service Tax positions and provide advisory support.
- Support the implementation of e-Invoicing across the organization.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate tax treatment.
- Assist in tax audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Monitor changes in legislation affecting indirect tax.
- Contribute to the overall Group Tax function and strategy.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or related field.
Professional qualifications (e.g. ACCA, CPA) are an added advantage.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in indirect tax.
Solid hands-on experience in Service Tax compliance and advisory.
Exposure to e-Invoicing implementation is a strong advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
