The Senior Executive - School Marketing at Taylor's College is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and leadership of school marketing and digital engagement strategies. The role involves engaging with secondary schools, leading on-ground and digital campaigns, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the college's brand awareness and student enrollment.
The Senior Executive - School Marketing at Taylor's College supports the Manager in planning, leading, and executing school marketing and digital engagement strategies aimed at building and maintaining Taylor's as the preferred education brand. The role involves leading on-ground campaigns and engagement with secondary schools, driving digital initiatives, and collaborating with various stakeholders to increase brand awareness, influence, and student enrolment. This position requires close work with schools nationwide, regulatory bodies, and internal teams to develop effective marketing strategies, organize events, and ensure operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include secondary school engagement, building partnerships, managing campaign administration, and utilizing data-driven decision-making to achieve marketing goals.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Business, Event Management, Hotel/Hospitality Management or other relevant field.
Preferably at least 4 years of working experience, preferably in an educational institution, servicing schools.
Good interpersonal communication, strong presentation and writing skills, especially in English and Malay.
Thorough and precise in work with good attention to detail.
Extroverted, outgoing personality and strong interpersonal skills.
Basic technical knowledge in using social media platforms and tools.
Experience or willingness to learn Adobe and other CRM systems.
Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized and self-directed professional with a sense of urgency, focus and discipline.
Fast learner with ability to proactively gain external industry knowledge and continue learning.
Strong conviction, critical thinking skills, basic analytical skills, self-management, and ability to meet multiple objectives in a dynamic environment.
Experience in presenting ideas to management level and stakeholders is an added advantage.
Self-motivated, agile and good team player.
Entrepreneurial spirited and extroverted.
Ability to stay calm under pressure, deliver under tight deadlines and multi-task.
Willingness to work weekends and/or long hours if needed.
