Senior Executive, Social Media and Communications at AirAsia - Kuala Lumpur

The Senior Executive, Social Media and Communications is responsible for supporting the AirAsia Foundation's activities with a focus on communications and marketing. This role involves strategizing and managing social media channels, enhancing brand presence, and engaging with various stakeholders to promote the Foundation's core social entrepreneurship work.

In this role, you will work closely with the Manager of the AirAsia Foundation to implement marketing activities that promote the Foundation's programs. You will be involved in a dynamic environment that requires creativity and strategic thinking to enhance the Foundation's visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize and manage the Foundation’s social media channels.
• Create engaging content for various platforms.
• Plan and execute internal and external events.
• Promote grant and project activities effectively.
• Engage with social media communities to foster relationships.
• Coordinate launch campaigns for new initiatives.
• Monitor news related to social enterprise and sustainable travel.
• Manage internal communications within the AirAsia Group.
• Support the Foundation’s retail platform initiatives.
• Oversee communications across various platforms for consistent visibility.
