Role Summary
The Senior Executive, Timetabling is responsible for supporting the Head in the efficient daily operations of the Timetabling Department. This role plays a crucial part in managing academic resource allocation and coordinating with faculties to ensure effective timetabling and resource management.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in the daily operations of the Timetabling Department, focusing on administrative functions and coordination with various academic units. You will also support exam scheduling and manage the allocation of teaching spaces and resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head in daily operations of the Timetabling Department.
- Coordinate with faculties and schools for teaching space allocation.
- Manage centralized timetabling and academic resource allocation.
- Assist in exam scheduling functions.
- Provide training and documentation for timetabling software.
- Maintain academic services staff workload records.
- Ensure efficient resource booking processes.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
Minimum five (5) years of administration experience, preferably in an educational institution.
Knowledge of Scientia Enterprise (Syllabus Plus) timetabling.
Proficient in computerized student information systems and database management.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
