The candidate will mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with product teams and UI/UX designers to create seamless user experiences. The role also requires working closely with backend teams to optimize data retrieval, upholding code quality standards, and contributing to the engineering culture by staying updated on frontend technologies and trends.
Job Requirements
4+ years of professional experience working with React.js.
Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
Expertise in writing semantic HTML and modern CSS.
Experience with Next.js 13+ or similar modern web framework (e.g. Nuxt.js, Remix/React Router v7).
Well-versed in the Node.js ecosystem.
Experience with modern frontend rendering strategies (e.g. SSR, SSG, ISR).
Excellent knowledge of web best practices - SEO, Core Web Vitals, web security.
Experience in integrating secure user authentication flows (JWT, OAuth 2.0).
Strong communication skills.
Demonstrated mentoring experience.
Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Vitest, React Testing Library).
Knowledge of React state management libraries (Zustand, TanStack Query, and Redux).
Experience working with design systems and building custom UI libraries (Figma, Storybook).
Familiarity with build tools such as Vite or Webpack.
Knowledge of monorepos (npm/yarn workspaces).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools like Docker.
Familiarity with AI tools for development like GitHub Copilot.
