Senior Lecturer / Associate Professor (Faculty of Medicine, Sibu) – Seg International Bhd

The Senior Lecturer / Associate Professor is responsible for delivering high-quality education and conducting impactful research within the Faculty of Medicine. This role involves engaging with students and faculty in a collaborative academic environment, contributing to the advancement of medical education and research.

In this position, you will engage in teaching, research, and administrative duties within the Faculty of Medicine at Sibu. You will work closely with students and faculty members to foster a dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, tutorials, assignments, and facilitate class discussions.
• Develop test and examination questions with appropriate marking schemes in a timely manner.
• Actively participate in research and related scholarly activities, including securing research grants.
• Supervise research students at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
• Achieve research outcomes such as publications and conference proceedings.
• Engage in the preparation of ISO and MQA documents for relevant modules.
• Undertake administrative duties as required by the Dean, Head, or Program Leader.
