
The Senior Lecturer - Finance is responsible for delivering high-quality education in finance. This role involves engaging in teaching, research, and curriculum development to enhance student learning and academic standards.
The Senior Lecturer - Finance undertakes a variety of teaching and teaching-related duties, including the design and development of teaching materials, conducting classes, tutorials, and practicals, as well as student consultation and assessment. The role also includes participation in program and curriculum development, implementing effective teaching strategies to optimize student learning and motivation.
Key Responsibilities:
Possess a PhD from a recognised university in Finance or related fields.
Minimum of two (2) years of teaching or industry experience.
Strong publication record with at least 2 publications in Q1/Q2 journals in the last 5 years.
Secured research grant(s) as a Principal Investigator worth RM20,000 to RM30,000 (cumulative).
H-index of minimum 3 on Scopus.
Experience in higher education with a track record in teaching and curriculum development.
Proven ability in developing teaching methodologies and materials.
