
The Senior Lecturer - Hospitality Management is responsible for teaching and related duties in the field of hospitality. This role significantly impacts student learning and program development within the academic environment.
The Senior Lecturer engages in day-to-day teaching activities, including the design and preparation of teaching materials, conducting classes, and providing student consultations. The role also involves contributing to curriculum development and supporting postgraduate research projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Possess a PhD from a recognised university in Hospitality or relevant fields.
Have at least two years of experience in teaching, research, or industry.
Possess a strong publication record with at least 2-4 publications in C.I. journals (ISI, SCOPUS) in the last 5 years.
Have secured research grant(s) as a Principal Investigator worth RM20,000-RM30,000 (cumulative).
Have experience in developing teaching methodologies and materials.
