Job Description
The Senior Lecturer will engage in day-to-day teaching, mentoring, and research activities within the Interactive Spatial Design Programme. The work environment is dynamic, fostering creativity and collaboration among students and faculty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lectures and workshops in Interactive Spatial Design.
- Mentor and guide students in their academic and professional development.
- Contribute to research and scholarly activities in the field.
- Develop and update curriculum to reflect current industry trends.
- Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects.
- Supervise student projects and theses.
- Engage with industry partners to enhance program relevance.
Job Requirements
PhD in Interactive Spatial Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Publication in C.I. journal (ISI, SCOPUS) in the last five years with at least 3 publications.
Secured research grant(s) as a Principal Investigator worth a minimum of RM20,000 (cumulative).
Graduated at least one Master student.
Experience in using emerging technologies such as augmented reality, virtual reality, or mixed reality.
