
The Senior Lecturer - Orthopaedics is responsible for delivering high-quality education and conducting impactful research in the field of orthopaedics. This role involves a blend of teaching, research, and administrative duties within a dynamic academic environment.
The Senior Lecturer in Orthopaedics engages in a variety of day-to-day activities including designing course materials, conducting lectures, and supervising postgraduate research. The role also encompasses participation in research projects and community engagement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Possess a Master Degree or Doctoral Degree in Orthopaedics from a reputable institution.
At least three years of relevant teaching experience.
Possess an undergraduate degree in medicine (MBBS or equivalent) with full registration from the Malaysian Medical Council.
Preferably have an h-index of 4.
Have published four papers in C.I. journals (ISI, SCOPUS) in the last five years.
Experience working in a higher education environment.
