The Senior Lecturer - Psychology engages in daily teaching activities, including designing and preparing educational materials, conducting classes, and providing student consultations. The role also involves maintaining high teaching standards and supporting postgraduate research projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Possess a PhD from a recognised university in Psychology or relevant fields.
Have at least two years of experience in teaching, research, or industry.
Have a strong publication record with 2-4 publications in C.I. journals (ISI, SCOPUS) in the last 5 years.
Have secured research grants as a Principal Investigator worth RM20,000-RM30,000 (cumulative).
Have experience in developing teaching methodologies and materials.
Have experience working on research projects or consultancy work.
