
The Senior Lecturer - Special Education Needs is responsible for teaching and related academic duties. This role significantly contributes to the development of high-quality educational programs and supports student learning in a dynamic academic environment.
The Senior Lecturer engages in daily teaching activities, including designing and developing teaching materials, conducting classes, and assessing student performance. The position also involves collaboration with students and faculty to enhance the educational experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Possess a PhD from a recognised university in Special Education Needs or relevant fields.
Have at least two years of experience in teaching, research, or industry.
Possess a strong publication record with at least 2-4 publications in C.I. journals (ISI, SCOPUS) in the last 5 years.
Have secured research grant(s) as a Principal Investigator worth RM20,000-RM30,000 cumulative.
Have experience working in a higher education environment.
