Job Description
In this role, the Senior Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Finance Academy, ensuring that training initiatives are effectively executed and aligned with organizational goals. The manager will collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance content delivery and assess competency development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of learning initiatives.
- Develop comprehensive training plans for finance professionals.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Professional accounting certification or L&D certification is an added advantage
7 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role
Strong understanding of finance business processes
Excellent communication and coordination skills
