Job Description
The Senior Manager, Finance Academy will lead the design and implementation of learning initiatives that align with the Group's strategic objectives. This role involves developing training plans, enhancing finance career pathways, and ensuring high standards in content delivery. The manager will also coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure effective execution of Finance Academy programs and analyze competency assessment results to identify development priorities.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Professional accounting certification or L&D certification is an added advantage
7 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role
Strong understanding of finance business processes
Ability to apply capability-building methodologies
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Experience in developing training programs and curricula
Proficient in data analysis and reporting
