
The Executive, Payroll role involves managing the complete payroll process, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and accuracy in payroll calculations. The position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with employees and management.
The Payroll Executive will manage the full payroll cycle, ensuring accurate processing of monthly payroll, bonuses, and statutory submissions. Responsibilities include data entry for new hires, processing payments, preparing month-end reports, and liaising with management on payroll-related inquiries. The role also involves supporting year-end processing and assisting auditors during payroll audits.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with 1–2 years of payroll or HR operations experience will have an added advantage
Basic knowledge of payroll processes and Malaysian labor regulations
Familiarity with payroll or HRMS systems is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
