As a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner, you will partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives. Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR experience

At least 5 years in a senior managerial or plant leadership role

Strong exposure to the manufacturing environment

Proven track record in leading end-to-end HR strategy

In-depth knowledge of employment legislation and labour regulations

Strong strategic thinking and execution capability

Influential leader with strong stakeholder management skills
