As a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner, you will partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives. Your role includes driving performance management, employee relations, and talent development while ensuring compliance with HR policies. You will also conduct training needs analysis and support HR transformation initiatives.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR experience
At least 5 years in a senior managerial or plant leadership role
Strong exposure to the manufacturing environment
Proven track record in leading end-to-end HR strategy
In-depth knowledge of employment legislation and labour regulations
Strong strategic thinking and execution capability
Influential leader with strong stakeholder management skills
