Role Summary
The Senior Manager / Manager – Projects Management is responsible for overseeing project management efforts to ensure timely and scope-compliant project completion. This role involves collaboration with various teams to align corporate strategies and uphold governance standards.
Job Description
In this role, you will manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently and effectively within the defined parameters. You will lead the Project Management Office (PMO) and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project management efforts to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare and manage project documentation.
- Ensure regulatory compliance throughout project lifecycles.
- Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) initiatives.
- Collaborate with various teams to align corporate strategies.
- Develop and implement corporate governance frameworks.
- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent is highly preferred.
Minimum 12 – 15 years of experience for Senior Manager or 8 – 10 years for Manager in corporate planning, project management, or transaction advisory.
Demonstrated experience in leading M&A and large-scale strategic projects.
Proven experience in managing a Project Management Office (PMO).
Strong leadership and team development skills.
