Job Description
In this role, the Senior Manager will engage in day-to-day project management activities, collaborating with various teams to ensure successful project delivery. The work environment is dynamic, requiring strong leadership and communication skills to navigate complex IT and digital transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning and execution of IT and digital transformation projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets and timelines.
- Implement structured governance and compliance frameworks for project management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with corporate objectives.
- Monitor financial governance and cost management throughout project lifecycles.
- Lead and mentor project management teams to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Evaluate project outcomes and implement improvements for future initiatives.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
A completion of a recognized professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is highly preferred.
Minimum 10 years of project/program management experience in IT or enterprise transformation, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is required.
Strong background in IT budgeting, financial governance, cost monitoring, and CAPEX/OPEX controls.
