
The Senior Manager, Project Management is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and financial governance of IT and digital transformation initiatives across the KPJ Group. This strategic leadership role ensures that all projects align with corporate goals and are delivered within approved budgets and compliance frameworks.
In this role, the Senior Manager will engage in day-to-day project management activities, collaborating with various teams to ensure successful project delivery. The work environment is dynamic, requiring strong leadership and communication skills to navigate complex IT and digital transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
A completion of a recognized professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is highly preferred.
Minimum 10 years of project/program management experience in IT or enterprise transformation, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is required.
Strong background in IT budgeting, financial governance, cost monitoring, and CAPEX/OPEX controls.
