Job Description
The PMO Senior Manager plays a strategic leadership role in overseeing the planning, execution, and financial governance of IT and digital transformation initiatives across the KPJ Group. This role ensures that all projects are delivered in alignment with corporate goals, within approved budgets, and under structured governance and compliance frameworks. The incumbent must have strong knowledge of IT systems, financial controls, and project governance best practices.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
A completion of a recognized professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is highly preferred.
Minimum 10 years of project/program management experience in IT or enterprise transformation, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is required.
Strong background in IT budgeting, financial governance, cost monitoring, and CAPEX/OPEX controls.
Experience with digital transformation, enterprise systems, and large-scale IT implementations.
