Role Summary
The Senior Manager, Strategy & Business Development is responsible for leading project and investment assessments within the healthcare sector. This role plays a crucial part in identifying new business opportunities and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic direction.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day project evaluations and market research, working closely with various teams to drive business growth. You will be part of a dynamic environment that focuses on strategic initiatives and investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project and investment assessments to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to inform strategic decisions.
- Evaluate financial proposals and manage deal execution processes.
- Prepare necessary documentation for regulatory approvals.
- Set team goals and ensure alignment with the company's strategic direction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
Job Requirements
Degree/Masters in Accounting/Finance or related Business degree.
At least 10 years of related working experience in the healthcare industry.
Strong clinical/healthcare understanding.
Consulting experience is an added value.
Exceptional in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent in both spoken and written English.
Strong business and investment acumen.
