The Senior Network Analyst is responsible for resolving escalated technical incidents and complex troubleshooting within the NOC. This role involves preventing recurring issues, identifying service trends, and acting as a primary technical contact for key customers. The analyst will collaborate with various teams to ensure high availability and continuous improvement of network services.
Provide escalated technical support for L1 tickets.
Troubleshoot complex network faults including circuits and routing.
Own incidents through to resolution with clear communication.
Collaborate with Level 2/3 Engineering and Service Management.
Identify and manage service trends and risks.
Mentor junior team members and share knowledge.
