The Senior Network Analyst is responsible for resolving escalated technical incidents and complex troubleshooting within the NOC. This role plays a critical part in ensuring high availability and continuous improvement of network services while collaborating with various teams.

Job Description

In this role, the Senior Network Analyst will engage in day-to-day operations focused on troubleshooting complex network issues and providing technical support. The work environment is dynamic, requiring collaboration with multiple teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide escalated technical support for L1 tickets.
  • Troubleshoot complex network faults including circuits and routing.
  • Own incidents through to resolution with clear communication.
  • Collaborate with Level 2/3 Engineering and Service Management.
  • Identify and manage service trends and risks.
  • Mentor junior team members and share knowledge.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP).

Minimum 3 years of experience in network analysis or support.

Strong understanding of network protocols and troubleshooting techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
