Job Description
In this role, you will engage in various activities to support client and network infrastructure, including providing technical support for TNS teams and customers. You will be involved in the configuration, installation, testing, and acceptance of circuits and TNS network devices, while also supporting IP products and solutions for new projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for TNS teams and customers activating services.
- Deliver configuration, installation, testing, and acceptance of circuits and TNS network devices.
- Ensure compliance with configuration templates for network and client devices.
- Support IP products and solutions for new projects.
- Work independently and contribute to team objectives.
- Maintain high standards in all activities.
- Engage in work outside of standard business hours as needed.
Job Requirements
Experience in network installation and support.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with telecommunications systems.
