Job Description
The Senior Non-Metallic Engineer is part of the Asia-Pacific Materials Integrity team based in Kuala Lumpur. This role provides engineering support to Capital Projects and Operations across all business lines, involving collaboration with diverse global teams. The engineer applies deep technical expertise and business knowledge to address complex problems, develops and implements new technologies and innovative solutions, supports large and regional projects to ensure technical quality, and mentors early career engineers. The position includes representation of the company in industry activities and providing on-site field support during maintenance activities.

Field experience with coatings and linings for upstream, refining and petrochemical applications.
Experience with composite materials for Oil & Gas applications, including materials system design, inspection, and maintenance.
Experience in leading new non-metallic technology development and deployment.
Experience working with technology vendors and application contractors in support of field activities or capital projects.
Broad knowledge and work experience in corrosion protection.
