Job Description
The Senior Non-Metallic Engineer is part of the Asia-Pacific Materials Integrity team based in Kuala Lumpur, working in a dynamic environment that supports large and regional projects. The engineer applies deep technical expertise and business knowledge to ensure technical quality and mentor early career engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide engineering support to Capital Projects and Operations.
- Collaborate with global teams to address complex engineering problems.
- Develop and implement new technologies and innovative solutions.
- Support large and regional projects to ensure technical quality.
- Mentor early career engineers to foster their development.
- Represent the company in industry activities.
- Provide on-site field support during maintenance activities.
Job Requirements
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across the organization and with external relationships.
Capability to influence without direct authority or beyond core technical discipline.
Personal ownership for developing self and others.
Flexibility to travel internationally to work sites and shop fabrication locations as needed.
