The position requires assessing client hiring needs, implementing strategic recruiting methods, evaluating resumes, conducting pre-interview screenings, and matching qualified candidates to appropriate positions. Responsibilities also include maintaining relationships with job seekers, preparing candidates for interviews, coordinating schedules, conducting feedback sessions, managing job offers and negotiations, attending client meetings, generating leads, understanding client businesses, building long-term client relationships, and mentoring junior consultants.
Dynamic individual with at least three years of work experience in any field or job function.
Expertise in recruitment practices, with a comprehensive understanding of industry trends and best practices would be an added advantage.
Strong sales mindset with a strong determination to succeed.
Fluency or business level of English communication.
Ability to work under pressure and a dynamic environment.
Team player, self motivated and resilient.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with clients and candidates.
